一、用户取件流程图

用户根据取件码取件,取件后扫描身份码和包裹二维码,系统进行信息比对,若系统显示正常再判断是否本人取件,若是则显示取件成功,不是则显示代取成功,之后更新包裹状态信息完成出库。
若系统扫码时显示异常则显示异常信息,进行异常包裹处理。流程图如图所示。

下单后用户还可以根据自己的需求取消订单、完善/更改预约信息或者咨询在线客服等操作。流程图如图所示。
