现代经济快节奏发展以及不断完善升级的信息化技术，让传统数据信息的管理升级为软件存储，归纳，集中处理数据信息的管理方式。本疫情居家办公系统就是在这样的大环境下诞生，其可以帮助管理者在短时间内处理完毕庞大的数据信息，使用这种软件工具可以帮助管理人员提高事务处理效率，达到事半功倍的效果。此疫情居家办公系统利用当下成熟完善的JSP技术，使用跨平台的可开发大型商业网站的Java语言，以及最受欢迎的RDBMS应用软件之一的Mysql数据库进行程序开发。疫情居家办公系统有管理员和员工。管理员管理所有基本信息，比如通知公告管理，工作类型管理，员工管理等，员工主要注册登录，查看管理员发布的信息等。疫情居家办公系统的开发根据操作人员需要设计的界面简洁美观，在功能模块布局上跟同类型网站保持一致，程序在实现基本要求功能时，也为数据信息面临的安全问题提供了一些实用的解决方案。可以说该程序在帮助管理者高效率地处理工作事务的同时，也实现了数据信息的整体化，规范化与自动化。

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern economy and the continuous improvement and upgrading of information technology, the management of traditional data information is upgraded to the management mode of software storage, induction and centralized processing of data information. This home office system was born in such an environment. It can help managers process huge data information in a short time. Using this software tool can help managers improve transaction processing efficiency and achieve twice the result with half the effort. This home office system uses the current mature and perfect JSP technology, uses the cross platform Java language that can develop large commercial websites, and the MySQL database, one of the most popular RDBMS application software, for program development. The epidemic home office system has administrators and employees. The administrator manages all basic information, such as notice and announcement management, work type management, employee management, etc. employees mainly register and log in, view the information released by the administrator, etc. The development of epidemic home office system is designed according to the needs of operators. The interface is simple and beautiful, and the layout of functional modules is consistent with that of similar websites. When the program realizes the basic required functions, it also provides some practical solutions to the security problems faced by data information. It can be said that the program not only helps managers deal with work affairs efficiently, but also realizes the integration, standardization and automation of data information.
